★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pristyn care dont deliver what it promise.They promise to reimburse my pre and post surgery expense why didnt so far.once they are done they speak in a different tone.Few names Savege Mishra Md Arif and ..Suraj were the most manipulateive of them.Stay far from them.......For me If needed will see to the end ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pristyn care follow up with new petient is good but once the appointment is fixed they will not at all call you to remind the petient and the doctor.
This required a huge improvement

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got pretty nice assistance from the customer service guys. The doctor was amazing (Dr. Palash Mallick). The hospital, the rooms and the staff were nice and the procedure was carried on smoothly. Would highly recommend for getting treatment from here. :)

There is no single point of contact and the representatives keep on making false commitments and bluffing all the way. I had a really bad experience with Rajat and Vishal, who promised to provide good service , but didn't at the time when required
