Happy about pristine care’s arrangements. But disappointed with doctor as he didn’t had the courtesy to speak to the patient’s bystanders and say about the surgery and post surgery. He didn’t even make time to meet us.

I got my cataract operated on right eye on 2nd dec2021. Coordinator Mr jatin helped me me lot for this.Dr.Prerna Tripathi explained the causeand how to remove this cataract very nicely and in detail.Also, she explained about lenses. And it's functions about Indian made as well as imported.infact, I wanted multi focal lenses by which I need not use classes for reading.As I am already 72 age, she suggested mono focal which is trouble free throughout. During my surgery, I never felt any inconvenience and got operated comfortably and she go on explaining about the operation.my initial hesitancy about operation was totally eliminated by her .I am going to get operated for left eye also by next week with the same Doctor and her team.My sincere thanks for pristin and my wishes for more success in future N.vibhakaran Ex.Dy.GM Retired fm EPIL

The service from Pristyn Care is very good, the follow-ups and ensuring every thing is going well But after post-op the doctor need to follow up with patient how he/she is feeling rather than to wait for next visit

Very interactive customer service & patient care .Dr Madhu Sudhan had made it easier for me to understand my issues and done the surgery without any complications and also had a very quick recovery with follow up visits.He was the best. Insurance paper work everything was handled by the backend team . Its a stress free experience. Highly recommended .

My wife had a Sebaceous cysts surgery under her right arm via Pristyn Care in Bhubaneswar, Odisha. Please find my detailed review, suggestions below. She was getting treated under Dr Ravi Kumar Sharma. Probably that's the only best part of our journey with Pristyn Care. They don't have any physical hospital here. They have only partnered or network hospitals. They do all coordination over phone. In simple, Pristyn care is a middle man in health care service. My wife was admitted to Usthi hospital, Nayapalli. Since the surgery and observation were to be completed within 24hr at the max, we opted for cashless health insurance. The moment they got to know it would be a insurance claim, they forcefully made us to stay for 48hrs, there by earning more money unethically. It's always difficult to stay in hospital mentally, over the top, there were so many infrastructure issues like water was coming out of AC and making the floor wet, Mattress was so hard like govt hospital that patient was almost crying out of pain. When we spoke to hospital, they didn't entertain saying, you are pristyn care customer. Talk to them and they will resolve it. Pristyn care listened to us, but they never resolved anything. Sisters were checking BP and SPO2 at regular intervals, but upon asking the result, the answer was its normal. They were not telling the exact value. We didn't find nurses over there to be skilled professionals. But I must appreciate, hospital was clean and food was comparatively good. Learning from my experience, never choose a middle man like Pristyn care, instead choose a physical hospital. Otherwise hospital will never entertain any of your issues and you will literally be frustrated. Pristyn care never cares, they only make money unethically. The surgery which we had, could have been at a cost of max 30k, for which they billed 51k. Because the money would be shared between hospital and Pristyn care. We could have stayed in much better hospitals like Apolo or SUM ultimate at this cost. Pristyn care promised the surgery to be laparoscopic, but it was done in a normal way. But the bill was as per laparoscopic one. Few words for Pristyn care, Its pathetic, horrible and unethical. I would never recommend anyone to face the issues that we had faced. I am so glad I chose him, Not only has he taken great care of my mom’s health, but also he is lovely to speak with at every appointment. It\u2019s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care. I highly recommend him!

All staffs are fully supported Very responsible It was really good experience with Pristyn Care health insurance. Wonderful hospitality, coordination by team Pristyn .Could be much better with less time consumption for discharge process the only issue found but still recommendable.
