★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prithu homes is a team of quacks, they have mastered the art of quackery in each and every aspect they deal in. By the time you realize that you're caught in the hands of quacks, it will be too late.
To confirm whether Prithu homes is a team of professionals or quacks - seek addresses from them for all of their 50+ clients, pick any 10 completed or about to complete projects and personally visit those 10 sites to see the true face of Prithu. You will be surprised with the results.
Their leadership is jack of all and master of none. This time they are trying their hands in construction.
They are just like normal road-side contractors but operating through their canopy from 15th floor to look sophisticated.
Prevention is always better than cure, do all your research and take informed decision before signing with Prithu.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a poor and tension full of experience dealing with them. We went by the credentials of its leadership but in the hindsight we should not have.
The one thing they are definitely good at is misleading by marketing
1. They make false promises during negotiations by showing a false picture of specifications
2.Their commitment of “Escalation free turnkey agreement” is incorrect. They will try to falsely charge for every foot of additional tile or false ceiling.
3.Do not fall for their “Prithu’s catalogue” ingenuity. They will not share important catalogues in the name of IP. The quality covered under “free” sections is sub standard

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prithu Homes very well know how to mislead their clients and their unprofessional team are expert in taking advantage of customers lack of practical knowledge towards civil engineering and architecture. They are not at all customer friendly and their services will leave you spending up more than planned budget. Their basic work like creating building floor plan is impractical and lack professional outlook.
Will not recommend them to anyone.

The team is a balanced mix of young enthusiastic professionals and experienced hands. We were honestly guided at all stages of the construction. we are extremely happy with the final outcome vis-a-vis price as well as quality. We are pleasantly happy with their post hand-over defect rectification work which have been earnestly completed to our satisfaction. I highly recommend for entrusting construction of ones dream home to the Team Prithu.
