★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have visited the place, i like the builder concept but i don't like construction quality. Duplex concept was nice but stairs r having lot of drawbacks It was making sound while my first visit. Connectivity is good for Magarpatta but they are having Suzlon as there Amenity :) which I don't understand in their costsheet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They did accept the deal first , collected cheque from us , on the name of booking , agreement was due after 15 days , just next day only they informed us over call that developer didn’t agree to the deal , so we cancel this , after 2 days of this call , they also deposited our cheque n collected money . Now they r not answering our call .
Now we will have to go through legal process to get my money back . That is going to take a long time .
