Incapable of providing diligent guidance to his clients. I'd recommend not to visit him at least for any suggestions. There's a famous saying that if someone thinks that he/she is weak before any battle, the battle is half-lost. Firstly, he is impatient to listen to his clients. And secondly he emphasises more on the weakness, rather than the strengths of the clients', which in a way demotivates the client in the first place. It's quite possible that he is a very good mentor, however, I highly doubt his capability to aid his clients, since not all good student is a good teacher. Moreover, I was very disappoined with his ability to handle clients. He wasn't at all professional at least in-front of the clients. It seemed that I was visiting a money-maker, who is waiting for his consultation fees. Sir, kindly don't tag me in the group of spammers for the negative rating Just to remind you, I came to your place located in EE Block, for suggestions on divorce matter alongwith my gaurdians few days ago. I hope you remember me. Notes in relation to your response : May be you forgot, we visited you on 05/04/2022, on a case where we discussed about going for a Mutual divorce, and you straight away suggested for a contestant one. The payment was done in two parts, Rs. 1000.00 in cash, and the rest 200.00 rupees using gPay, via the QR Code that is displayed on your desk. We were four family members, my mother, my aunt, my brother and me. You suggested to file a case at either Barasat Court or Chandannagar court. I hope you can recall, sir?! Before us there were two other clients, one who had some dispute with his property, and the other was a man talking to you in English, where his mother had gone through some painful situation. And just answer your last question, sorry that I ain't liable to answer the same , however, as a proof of my visit as well as payment I am uploading the gPay transaction details as well for your further reference as well as clarification. I do not live in Kolkata - I live abroad. I had no idea of how to sell a property in Kolkata. By stroke of luck, I got Mr. Ganguli's name from internet. And, I am lucky that I did. Mr. Ganguli helped me in properly drafting Power of Attorney (POA) for him. He kept me appraised every day in the process, during the negotiation on what to discuss, what documents are important, and how the process should work on day of registry.
