★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have taken a flat on rent recently. Presently I m utterly disgusted and frustrated on my choice. Here maintenance people( Mr Ravi/Deepak-incharge) are so irresponsible that in spite of my complaints and steady follow up they dont bother. In new flates water is not there in washrooms/toilets/washbasins...just imagine how can any family live in such situation??? I will never advice people to live in this project where promoters are so insensitive towards habitants..
