★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Experience Ever ! They'll sell you oversized outfits with impeccable salesmanship convincing you that they can alter anything perfect to your fit. When it comes to alteration, they are highly disappointing.
All the fake politeness that they show while selling turns into rude behavior when you ask for quality fitting. Since I regret it, I'll highly recommend going through all the reviews before visiting this store.

They are highly concerned for customers choices and show accordingly. A bit problem is it is highly crowded but yeah there stock is soo good so people prefer to be there and it becomes crowded. Even after being crowded its pretty clean . Visit once

It was a total mess at peak time
Recieved back that gown on the day of occasion till that time it was all mess and they are not professional at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst staff, low quality products. Also the delivery time is the worst in the market. If they are telling to give on 1st of month consider it to be last of month. Don't buy from here. Many shops are available with better service, delivery and prices.

We did not get our money back once we canceled the alteration based on the reviews.
Rs. 2500 is still pending with them. Moreover, they treated my aunt really badly when we went to ask back the money.
Purchased nearly 1.25Lakh worth of Lehengas but they don't value the customer. Would not recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dont waste your time and Money here!!! Poor service not ... give same accessories as promised at time of purchase. Very high rates....they will say that this is fixed rate shop, we will maintain quality n all and not give any discount on MRP. But same dress can be brought cheap (arround ₹500-₹1000 ) from GT central/GT/crystal court etc (in any other shop you can easily get 10%-15% discount on MRPs....no good setup. They will take 5-6 days for altering cloths wheres as in GT bazar you will get your dress altered within an hour. Overall bad experienced there ....all the nearby shops in raja park are over priced useless shop.
