★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me and my sister was visited prizma eye care hospital for eye check up. It was a horrible experience , bcoz when i entered in hospital i saw all the staffs were busy in their phone & gossip with each other . They had no time to give answer my question .At that time only 5 to 7 patient's available at the floor but all the staffs were busy on their own world. When i entered in doctor cabin she give me a proper guidence but the managment are worst. it is necessary to give one star otherwise i dont even intrested to give one star . I dont recommanded anyone to go prizma .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was horrible experience with Prizma.
1) first of all they don’t care about your appointments timings if you are ready to spend 3-4 hours for your surgery then only you should opt this hospital
2 ) I went for my surgery at 3pm , and we were 6 patient who came for LASIK . They will decide order based on first come first serve not based on your appointment timing, initially procedures were going fine , 3 patients went home by 5 pm , now 3 patient remaining and mine was past turn , now they said you guys have to wait for 5 mins bcz our machines are not working WTF….we waited for 30 mins and again they have started the procedure 1 by 1 and when i went for my turn , they started LASIK for my right eye and it took just 3-4 mins but the problem was when they started for left eye in between LASER MACHINED stoped working and that was horrible experience for be , they took almost 10 mins to re-configured everything and again they said it will take 5 more mins for gas filling , at the end they took 20 mins for left eye and 3-4 mins for right eye .
3)at-least They should check machines functioning properly or not before starting LASIK Procedure on any patient.
4) Please be aware what you are paying for ,
There are 2 packages 24k and 34 k, i paid 34k and there was not at all difference between 24 and 34k packages , whatever amount you pay they will say you will get 5% more accurate result and Laser frequency will be good . Believe me or not they are using same procedure for 24k and 34k .
Other than this from result perspective, You will get good result for sure . Now i can clearly see without my spectacles.
