★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They will charge you for home sample pick up during Covid Test Rs. 1000 but will never give you bill. Also my report they gave me a false positive as, the very next day when I got tested from Metropolis I got negative and anti body test after a month revealed nothing. SO AVOID ITS A SCHAM.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like to share my experience with this probe home collection team.
They took 1500 rupees for sample collection and test but shared the bill of 950 rupees only.so home collection charge is 550 rupees.
They gave bill of 950 rupees as attached .but even now I am continuous following up with that sample collection person but not getting the collection charge bill.
I have attached all the details for collection related transactions.
Request to sharing the collection bill of 550 rupees as early as possible.
Very much dissatisfied with this service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service quality is pathetic. As a patient or patient party all you can expect is making the full payment and wait for hours. It is always the technicians or the doctors who are either not there when they should be or they are late.
There is no escalation matrix nor any customer feedback process there.
There are plenty of other diagnostic labs who provide similar service at the same or little less cost and definitely better quality, care and punctuality.
Considering my personal experience, i would advise you to venture elsewhere and avoid this organisation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is this one employee/clerk (nicknamed Laltu) who goes through the test reports (out of curiosity). Reports of the patients are supposed to be confidential the reason why they are put in envelopes. Kindly look into the matter and fire these dishonest staffs. This has happened with me twice. Extremely dissatisfied and should it happen again, I will be compelled to take action.
