This right here is your perfect example of a bunch of unprofessional people trying to fool themselves into believing they are the future of technology.
I got in touch with these guys through my branding agency for a website project, and post the preliminary conversation and paying the advance, every single day has been a pain. After taking the money, these guys just vanished for a while, with no updates or information coming through. After multiple attempts of trying to get in touch, I was told everything is ready and just needs a final touch. When I insisted on seeing the progress, after weeks of back and forth, I was shown a horrible skeleton of a website which was NOTHING like the brief shared. I asked for changes, shared my observations and was told this will be done in a few days. Months have passed since then. Every single day, there's a new excuse. The server crashed. The images are too big. X, y, z. Today, tomorrow, day after. I asked them to at least have an updated coming soon page on the website while they sort this mess, and guess what, this lot is so inefficient that they haven't even been able to do that for a simple wordpress site. This isn't all, I'd asked them to create 5 email ids for our employees, and honestly, their inefficiency levels are so high, that you have to see it to believe it. Instead of creating the IDs I asked them to create, they went ahead and did as they pleased even there, creating IDs I never asked for while completely ignoring the ones I required.
However, the absolute make or break here for me has been their total disregard for the clients time and effort. They'll give you a time, schedule a call / meeting and NEVER TURN UP! Can you imagine that! Not once, not twice, but every single freaking time. Like they'll even schedule the call 15 minutes ahead and still ghost you.
Ugh. It was a really basic website project tbh, and it was finalised in January. Advance was paid in Feb. July is almost over, and they've done NOTHING except missing deadline after deadline. I am just so disappointed I wasted 7 months on a bunch of people who have no idea what they're up to. This has been such a horrible experience and there seems to be no end in sight. At the end of it all, here I am, with my money down the drain and nothing to show for as a website. Sigh!
If you are thinking of hiring these guys for something, please don't. You're going to regret wasting your time, effort, energy and money on this bunch. Please, just give these guys a pass. Go anywhere else but here. These guys Shantanu and Wasudev still need to learn the ethics of doing business.
