Very recently I took the help of Procon to repair my terrace for water seepage and heat treatment. They are very professional. Mr. Kaushik Sarkar, who is the owner, is very knowledgeable, helpful and almost every day he used to update me on the progress. They completed the work on time. I am very satisfied with the way they did the work. We can feel the difference with the heat treatment. Almost 3-4 degrees difference can be easily felt. I highly recommend Procon to everyone.

Roof waterproofing treatment as APP membrane and protective painting as Elastomeric, all weather resistant anti pollutant, UV & heat resistance, anti dirt & dust polymeric coating system done in 2009 and is still in good shape. Very trustworthy service and long-lasting too.

There had been a water seepage issue from toilet which was creating huge damage in the entire building. Mr kousik Sarker resolved the problem with his professional expertise.

Before I rate PTS its important to narrate my experience. The Problem My ancestral house at Bhowanipore (not so old, built by my father in 1974) was having several issues of rain water seepage and linten cracks ( concrete above windows) and the rain watershed slab outside the windows. Due to metro rail the inner walls also developed long cracks. After the death of my father I had to undertake repairing after almost 2 /3 yrs. Every time the engineer /contactor would give guarantee that nothing will happen for next 8/10 yrs...but they were wrong. I spend lakhs behind this but with no result. The solution which is absolutely flawless till date from 2010 I approached Procon Technical Services (PTS) in 2010 who initially did a detailed study. They provided the root cause of the problem and explained the various alternatives. The main cause of problem at my house was the weight of the roof which had roof tiles. The linton was also worn out due to low quality of sand and worn out rods. There were also few brick size holes in the wall duly covered with rubbish arising from the scaffolding used during construction. I opted to repair the entire house instead of part repairing. The load factor of the roof was reduced by taking off entire tiles. The mother concrete of the roof was treated thoroughly for 7 days, then the new drainage system was built around it. Lastly the same was covered by bitumen sheets 6mm thick. The entire linten which extends to the inner support grid for the wall just above the windows were completely scrapped off. The iron rods were like hairs due to rust. These were fully reinforced with block concrete slabs. The outside rain water shed were replaced with separte sheds made of tata bluescope sheets. This also reduced the weight. The entire inner and outer plaster was redone with chemicals. This solved the low quality plaster issue and discovering and fixing the scaffolding holes . The inner wall cracks were stitched with concrete. Further we found water seepage from the basement too. So this additional waterproof treatment was also done on the floor too and also on the outer wall. By God's grace my house is perfect for last 10 yrs. All this was possible for the detailed research done by Mr Kaushik Sarkar (owner of M/s PTS) personally. He also visited the site every day to ensure that his team/ labour did the right thing and used correct proportions of chemicals. He made necessary changes at site whenever new problems evolved (once the whole walls were scraped off). This proved his honesty and diligence toward the job. Moreover it provided immense confidence for the service recipient. Its more than value for money as he has become a true friend and doctor of my house. Today I depend on his expertise on all house / construction related issues and seek his opinion. Even if he is not related to the problem he is helpful to connect me to the right person. Our Home at Tamluk in Purba Medinipur district is around 45 years old and completely built on brick structure. Due to prolonged no maintenance there were multiple issues like crack in wall and ceiling, damp at walls, leakage etc. I was looking for advise on a holistic solution to address all of these in a professional way and until I met Mr Kaushik Sarcar of Procon I was being mislead by different Civil engineers and masons on multiple unrealistic solutions. I could have saved some money if I have done this work by local resources but that won't give me mental piece and guarantee of quality. I am really satisfied with their workers' in depth knowledge on work and competence in area along with application of latest technology and overall sincerity of Mr. Sarcar's on the track of the Job. I never felt that after getting contract he simply let the work run by workers rather he continuously monitored, watched, visited site in regular interval and always asked for any concerns. Recently I entrusted the Building waterproofing, Repair, Rehab & protective painting work to Procon Technical Services.
