★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This person whose contact was share on their website, doesn’t even have skill set to listen to the customer at all. He started with problem statement of automation will not be done looking at existing main gate. Instead he should have suggested a way out to give confidence to the customer by proposing a solution by offering automation with a new gate. In turn he started barking like not to speak me in rudely. This was surprising. I am lucky that I am not going to work with this kind of mentality and thanks god for saving me from after sales service looking at this kind of gesture. Big no no no to this enterprise.
