★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I placed an online order for Rs 10,400 WHICH NEVER GOT DELIVERED. Initially I was told I will get refund by April 17 , which was not given. When I followed up with them for refund, they started sending me blackmail and threatening mails, trying to scare me! As of today they have my Rs 10,400 money and Rs 10,400 product also. NEVER DO ONLINE SHOPPING WITH THEM.
They will have a bundle of excuses and lies to justify the fraud and theft. BE CAREFUL.

I had an urgent need for oversized badminton shoes, one of their staff members (Shivaraj), went out of his way to ensure I recieved it in time. I recommend this store highly. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One Star is even overly rated. Firstly, I placed an online order for DSC Condor Drive English Willow. You can see from the attached photograph that, the Bat was a damaged piece (which I didn't notice) when they shared the image with me and still, a damaged piece with major dents at six locations all over is delivered(Image-2). Replacement denied saying that, upper plastic cover is removed and hence, as per policy it will not be replaced. Whereas the product was a defective piece at seller end only (Image-1).
Secondly, price charged through online portal saying that, shipping is free all over India is a false claim as the price charged is 6017 INR against the price mentioned on bat as 5663 INR(Image-3). Policy takes precedence over Business ethics.

They are authorised seller on Amazon as well. You may find a little higher prices on few things but u can always check online prices and they would match that price.
