★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience with Prompt Lasers. They are giving worst quality machine parts and very bad service. Once you purchase material they never support even they don't receive call. I suggest you please don't by any parts from Prompt lasers?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware of these guys and avoid purchasing anything from them at all costs.
at the time of selling their machine, these people can give you diabetes with their sweetness and humble behaviour.
They will promise you the best in everything from Machine to their services.
But all of these are tall lies.
Their service & support is the biggest joke.
I had to come to Pune after they kept delaying and changing the Machine delivery dates.
Visited the Factory almost everyday to make sure they are working on my Machine.
The Machine had a huge bend in the front part of structure, Nilesh assured me that they will take out the bend, but when i checked prior to picking up for transport, they hadn't done anything about that bend.
Upon enquiring, Nilesh gave me a filmsy excuse that now, since the machine is complete, they can't correct the bend.
After so many hassles and troubles i brought the Machine on 7th of July to my shop.
They sent their man on 10th of July, this man had no idea at all about making designs on wood and returned in the Night.
Now my Machine is just lying their like a useless furniture.
Nobody has come for training and these people aren't even picking my calls.
Avoid these Thugs at all costs. These people deserve Minus Stars in their ratings.
Edit 25th Jan 21 : till this date i am facing problems in this machine, constant errors in drives, bearing problem in spindle,
Biggest problem is when you tell them that you are facing some problem, instead of providing solutions, they start blaming you.
Their service and management is absolute joke.
I will soon upload a video with all the chats and calls with them so that innocent buyers do not fall into their trap.
A big no to purchase from these guys.
One of the reviewer here whose name is "CHETAN GAIKWAD" is a prompt laser worker.
This huge pot bellied man was the one who contacted me and gave quotation for a servo cnc, and then instead of a Servo machine gave me a hybrid stepper machine.
I have all chats and call records with me. Which i will upload on youtube very soon.
