★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience with Mr. Hemrajanis' was great. I was searching on google for a property attorney who can help us on POA, which needs to be attested at Indian Consulate. Though I reached out to few other attorneys, but the communication and professionalism that I saw with Mr. Hemrajani was excellent. And they reliable too! Initially I had email conversation with Haresh Sir, then Manish Sir jumped into help me with my requirements. Initially we had a WhatsApp call, he explained the process in detail and answered all my questions. Though they work until 6 PM IST, he said, if it is urgent he is available to talk even after hours. Needless to say he replied back to my WhatsApp messages sometimes at 10:30 PM! They are very prompt. Just within one day my POA draft was ready for review. Everything went smoothly, and I got my POA attested here at Indian Consulate in New York.
As I write this review, I'm working on another POA with Mr. Hemrajani. He gave so many advises and ready help beyond their expertise. This is a unique quality that I saw with them. Highly recommend their services anything related to Property matters in Pune.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I chose to go with Mr. Hemrajani's services based on Google reviews, and it is a decision I have not regretted once. I was trying to buy a property in Koregaon Park and what should have been a simple interaction became complicated, because sadly, the seller passed away. There was some confusion as to who would inherit. This threw up several legal issues, but Mr. Hemrajani and his staff were of enormous help in overcoming them.
Dealing with legal matters in India needs a lot of patience, and dealing with property matters needs the patience of a Buddha. Mr. Hemrajani deftly guided me at each and every step of the way. He was keen to make sure I had all the legal paperwork down exactly right. This gave me a lot of reassurance.
He is also very pleasant to deal with, an old-fashioned, honest gentleman who doesn't waste your time with BS. His team too, especially his daughter, were always ready to respond to my queries (I had many). In short, I can recommend Mr. Hemrajani's services without any hesitation and with great enthusiasm. I certainly intend to do so should a future opportunity present itself.
