★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its not possible to give ZERO stars, Otherwise i would have given them zero. They are BIG CHEATERS. Hide information at the time of contract. They don't mention that agreement can be done for two years straight. After the 1st year completes, they ask for rent agreement renewal and force the tenent to pay the money for renewal and also ask for full/ half brokerage to be paid to them at the time of renewal.
They work in the favour of landlords Only. DONT GO TO THEM.
