★ ★ ★ ★ ★ never opt for this provider, it’s been more than a year that they promised a cashback for booking brigade cornerstone utopia project in Bangalore, Brigade has already paid their commission, but they give stories to me saying builder is delaying..
never trust a word they say, they give big assurance like when we commit we deliver. but it ends up only on disappointment. No promises will be kept and they blame on builder.
People who keep calling them every second day they pay the cash back to them, and people who are quite, they take them for a roller coaster ride.
And yes, they promise a welcome gift also.. and it’s still on the way.. if it has started walking from Mumbai to Bangalore it could have reached long back, I guess this also is a marketing gimmick they do..
choose other partners of @brigadegroup than this..

Though it is marketing, he explained pros and cons of each choice, he listened us carefully before giving the details. Overall very good experience talking to him and buying that property.
