Overall it was a great experience dealing with PropExcellence and its team of professionals. Their first and primary focus is on clients requirements and they do have a good eye for details. I was amazed to see their readiness with the number of properties spread across various locations and suggestions upfront.
The excitement we saw in the team made us felt like someone very close to us is assisting us when actually it was the first time we met.
They are willing to show as many properties as possible and at some point you may get tired but they won't.
With all this dedication and professional attitude, PropExcellence were able to gave us the best deal not only as per our requirement of the property but also in negotiations with the builder for best price.

They proved that time and again with their thorough knowledge of home construction and the local market. Every time we viewed a new property they performed a methodical inspection, looking for signs of problems and commenting on the quality of construction, finish, appliances, etc. Their team also led us through multiple rounds of negotiation to get to a price we were comfortable with. In the end we found the property that was perfect for us and are loving it so far.
