They facilitated a biometric scan and gave me a soft copy and multiple hard copies of the agreement. They even charge a reasonable fees. The proprietor Mr. Anshul ensures that all finer aspects of the transaction are taken care of right from identifying the property that meets your requirements to point where all documentation is completed. In my case he went out of the way to help in co-ordination of various paper work involved from multiple agencies. Promax is a firm driven by service and customer satisfaction rather than just narrow interest of commissions which we often see with many other agents in the real estate sector.
