I am writing this feedback after ending two years of bad experience with them.
I holded myself to close this deal and get my deposit back ,before sharing worst experience with any brokerage firm in Bangalore
The CEO Ramesh tries to pretend as Customer Centric and listening to our topics, but reality is delivers nothing.
His team is a gang of amateurs who never take accountability or responsibility of anything .
I had take flat through them at PFC in March 2020 , the house was said semifurnished and they had promised to do all agreed things by the time I onboard.
For my surprise, the flat was in dirty condition and all what is agreed was not there ..
I called them multiple times, they visited and asked me to get the things done during my stay, I paid for it and deducted from rent. All the time I have to negotiate with vendor and plan his work.
None of Proptension came and checked for the execution or quality.
They had given dirty walls and dirty house and while.leaving charged me for painting,Deep cleaning with GST...
The worst part came while taking back advances, I had called multiple times to their team to assign a person to visit my place for inspect and quick settlement.
On the day of my moving out the person finally the person came in evening and after wasting 3 hours taking multiple rounds. He said the advances after deduction of charges for deep cleaning and painting will be paid next day. He asked me to handover keys before and then next day transaction.
I had told him since morning,to give my money back at the time of handover of keys.
They said I don't trust them, why should i trust when they took all advances before handing keys to me ,the I also have the same right.
They said bank is closed ,so said to come next day for keys handover.
After lots of quarrel, they finally sent money the same night.
But they wasted my whole evening in the same..
My suggestion to all is ,don't go for their services, there are many consulting house ,who don't charge brokerage from tenants as they take care of properties.
Proptension person Babu, very unprofessional and un reliable fellow.
I suggest never get in trap of this company.
Don't fall on the website and customer relationship management tantrums.
They are not reliable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Request to public not to use such a pathetic service and don't go by their words.
@Lokesh M, what he specify is true and the reason for going for 3 BHK is to stay with family together which includes 8-10 ppl including small kids. DON'T EVER CHEAT THE PPL WITH YOUR STUPID REASON. If the owner was in an intention of selling the property your team shouldn't have confirmed the tenants to book the flat on 5th Mar 2022 and it's been 20 days after confirming that owner is about to sell the property and not giving it for rent. Just because of your irresponsibility we have wasted our time and money. Useless service and behaviour!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a worst experience with them. One of the reason we go with such companies is to be fair in our dealings. These guys try to pressurise making a confirmation, take money and if we want to make any changes, they just cite company policy and don't allow any changes/refunds

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well I have had a chance to stay in my choice of the house with great help of Mr Ramesh & Ms Menka from the Proptension Team.
My dealing was directly with Proptension Team not with the owner who lives outside India. Mr Ramesh was eally helpful in understanding all my requirements during the initial days of our stay and he listened to all my queries such as Gas pipeline output in the utility area, arranging clothes dryer and installation etc.
Likewise my exit from same house was also very smooth after almost 4 yrs and my FnF was done bang on time without any reminders.
Thanks again Proptension Team I wish you all the best for your future!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was in a soup ..the previous broker did not take care of my property...my electric meter was removed, they did not even notice it(they claimed they regularly inspected the vacant apt)..
Anyway, Proptension fixed the issue... They guided me through the paperworks also.
24/7 response I received from them!
They are Professional and say affront if something is not doable.
Reliable , trustworthy, Efficient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The team have consistently done a very good job of maintaining the place. Ramesh has been very responsive, transparent and honest through out our interactions. They Maintained the property for close to five years, and when they returned, the quality of the house was like new. Ramesh went above and beyond to make sure they handed over the house to my mother for our personal use. They even called and checked back after the hand over to make sure if she needed any help. During the Covid days it is a relief to have some one like Ramesh’s team manage the place for you.
I recommended him to a couple of people and they also are happy with the service. Great job guys.

They go by the agreement and make sure the property is in good condition while handing over to the tenant and on move out the process is quick and settled within 2 days.
