★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Propvilla Reality Pvt Ltd have appointed very helpful and dedicated staffs (Mr. Rupesh and Mr. Ganesh). They had taken every first and best effort to make us comfortable deal with builder to crack a deal.
Very impressive service delivery and quality of customer service given by them. Mr. Rupesh has guided in every stage of dealing with builder till the receipt of Agreement and in other things also.
Thank you Rupesh and Team Propvilla for helping and guiding me to buy my dream home.

They have shown much varieties of property within less span of time. Compared to the private brokers Propvilla is the best.

If you are looking for 1st property in Mira road, then Propvilla is the right choice.
Staff also helpful, I was in a contact with Khushi, Harry and Ashutosh. They did a good job, 100% customer satisfaction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I met ganesh he is having Lack of communication and lack of professionalism. He doesn't want to listen my requirement of the property he just want to show the property he likes maybe from where he is getting more commission. He took me at the building site office there were 3 types of 1 bhk but he showed only 1 variety (smaller one) and when sales guy asked him why he didn't showed me other varieties he told that i have low budget and I can't afford that flat. Even I didn't told him about my budget. I don't know how he decided that i don't have budget is he was going to pay my amount? Very Bad Experience. Highly Not Recommended.

On the same day, team has shown us few properties which were as per our requirements & we finalized with in 10 days. Rakesh has also helped us to get a good deal from builder. We had interaction with few other team members, Satish & Harsh also during the process. All were very professional & supportive in the entire process.
