β β β β β Worked for a month here as a design engineer, bad management. There isn't even a proper washroom facility. No work life balance. This medium scale company only wants production, doesn't even care about their employees. Worst experience. The company extracted work from me saying that I would get call letter in a week, they extracted all the work and when I asked for my call letter the owner was rude, saying "You only want call letter, just work". After a month I was told to discontinue my job without any prior notice. Thank God, atleast I was paid for my 1 month. Ask any design engineer who worked Here, they would give the same review, I can promise you that.
