Everyone is so involved and the higher ups are so invested in the projects that it always ensures the best work is brought to the fore. I've had a wonderful time being associated with Prowide.

All Freshers Group. Single Development Room with 1 Table. Poor Infra. No policies. 3 to 4 People will try to Manage you. No money for the company.
