★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I saw this place when I was shopping in Ramphal Chowk area. The place looked clean and tidy. The owner also looked upright.
However it is totally an unprofessional place. Charged me 4500 for changing inverter board in lcd but same board was put inside after some repairs (I know because I dismantled the tv after coming home) . Then after a week lcd backlight went faulty. Paid them another 3000 for installing led backlight but within 15 days that also got fused along with my lcd display panel Tcon board as Chinese light was put inside . I took my tv 3 times to their shop but they didn't fix the problem. They never send anyone home to check the tv once repaired citing 'there are no office boys available' (ladkey nahi hain). Once you give them money they will treat you like dirt. They never call back despite committing to call back to let you know repair is done.
In the end I had to sell my non working 42inch TV to scrap dealer for 100rs.
I am attaching pics of how cheap Chinese led board was screwed on top of old board which caused shorting and led light to fuse. (you may Google Chongx brand capacitor and see the results for yourself). You can also see the black area in the lower board where shorting occurred.
It is better to scrap your old electronics instead of repairing them here. Save money and avoid this shop.
