★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Project is good with all modern facilities but the location is pretty remote. Travelling to and fro to main city area will be quite a task. During rainy season the main road outside project will be waterlogged all the time. Hence 3 stars for this project.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A decent complex with more or less all the modern amenities one can seek. The apartments are decently designed and constructed. Electricity and water supplies are also pretty good, with working 24 hr backup power generators. The few issues to keep in mind are that the place is located a bit far away from the main Garia area, making communication a bit challenging, especially at night. Also, another major issue is that cell reception is very poor in some of the towers. There are good facilities like gym, indoor games and banquet hall and a store, but the pool is not complete yet, at the time of this review.
