★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst flats to buy/rent/lease. We are staying in lease. No lift for B and C. There are rules for late maintenance payment, but no rules to keep association in check. It is one sided dictatorship. Walls are leaking and no proper strength in the walls and many loop holes where builders owners security lie to us. Builder/association helps only owners not tenants. Worst maintenance. Out of which our house owner does not take any responsibility...
