★ ★ ★ ★ ★ However, I was doubtful with so much positive reviews, because such reviews reflects that either your are so much perfect or reviews are purchased actually. But, I trust on the perfection part (my bad).
I asked them to refill the gas and service the aircon. I won't complaint on the gas refill and service part because I was absent and my family was there.
My issue starts after service. Next day I arrive at home and checked the Aircon. Unfortunately the cooling quality greatly reduced.
So, I tried to call back the installation giy and the PS cooling number. No body even bother to pick a call or call back or reply to messages on Whatsapp app. After struggling 2 days, finally they picked my phone (maybe by mistake). And made an excuse that the installation guy had some tragedy in family and promised to check the AC next day morning. I am calling it excuse because 9 out 10 times these things are false. I am sorry if it was 1 out of 10 case. 2 days are gone but still nobody bother to call back or visit.
Unfortunately, I can't do anything to them, but yes can give my review and make other aware to not fall in the fake high review tricks. Their either refill the partial gas or refill it without a vacuum pump. Or maybe the aircon is still have leakages.
