★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked a flat at Ozone by giving 2 lakh rupees. But after a few days we were unsatisfied with Srijan and we cancelled the booking. They forfeited the whole booking amount without even giving us back the promised 50% of the booking amount. Very opaque system. Not cooperative at all. Not recommended.
