★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very well and professionally managed - efficient and friendly staff. However, location on various websites shows PSK location at ISBT Hoshangabad Road - we went there and then had to go to DB Mall causing a lot of stress (to report in time) and unnecessary confusion. Hope the authorities update the correct address on websites.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Corruption is rampant between one Sardar ji (usually sitting at C3 counter) and other person who sits at B2 counter.
I worry about poor and old people who have to face such leachers, just to get a passport, which is their right as citizens.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Passport Seva Kendra in DB mall started after pandemic. Its on second floor, you have to directly pick lift which is at left side when entering parking area.
From parking area/ basement-3 or -2 to 2 floor by lift and not to enter from normal DB Mall entry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reception desk: Excellent , great staff, good communication and eager to help applicants.
Middle desk: Poor TCS employees, zero manners no communication skill, behavior is like aged government clerks who always shout to hide self incompetency.
End desk (cabin) the final stage where documents are verified. Couple of people are nice there but the final guy who approves the passport is so annoying.
I was able to get through these and get passport after few unnecessary concerns raised by them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is in DB mall on second floor. Take the extreme left lift when entering the mall and reach 2nd floor. There is one door leading to outside area of the mall where you can see sign board of Passport seva Kendra.
Note: They are not accepting the PVC card for aadhar, so do carry the original printed aadhar card. Overall experience is fine.
