I searched psycare online and studied about the hospital, doctors and facilities provided by them and gone through the reviews available on the site. On comparison with other same hospitals, I decided to contact Dr. Asif Iqbal and for appointment interacted with Mr.Hussain, what a nice person . During visit, I found that team of doctors specially dr. Ananya and Asif are very much active and devoting full time to the patients and their guardians. Hospital providing high class facilities and maintaining discipline in the routine. All other staff specially Mr. Amit at counter is very attentive and helpful. Treatment and tenure of treatment is very genuine. Mr. Hussain is doctor for the guardians and you can believe on him and on his words. Overall, psycare is engaged in new research , following all the government guide lines and maintaining all the standards.

This facility has been phenomenal and with the utmost understanding and support of my sisters situation. They have a great deal of care for their patients and I have a tremendous amount of respect for their doctors and their staff members. Thier treatment exceeded my expectations and I am thankful for thier family like treatment. They methodically walked me through the process and in particular Dr.Gaurav who stayed in contact with me with daily updates and kept me at peace of mind. Dr.Ananya and Dr.Namrita and very caring and have a great deal of understanding of how address a patient's needs and mental health. If anyone in your family is suffering from such circumstances, I strongly recommend you consult Psycare and thier doctors.

I Had Approached PsyCare in January 2018, for the first time. My family & I had been facing a spectrum of issues that were very distressful for each of my family members Singularity As well as Collectively. We reached PsyCare when each of us had actually hit rock bottom. PsyCare came as a ray of hope. Today exactly 8 months in to our association with PsyCare, I can express only Gratitude & Gratefulness to the Complete Team of Professionals at PsyCare who really opened up the Recovery For My Family & Me. We have had been able to recover as a Family Collectively and Also Recover As Individuals Thanks to the Support & Treatment At PsyCare. To the management, Seriously such a bad experience we have while undergoing the treatment. Pathetic hospitality and well as service which Psycare render to the paitent and the guardian too. Your bill counter staff Amir asking us first to pay the remaining due amount only than he allowed the attendant to bring the luggage and other belongings of paitent. Treating us as a Defaulter. Shuch a shameful experience for us. In one go we pays 4 days advance payment even though this kind of treatment we get in return. If u people are so punctual in your rules and regulations so can how can you avoid paitent proper hygiene and other cleaness. Should we raise a complaint against such kind of molestation you people are doing while sitting at such a high designation equalent to god. Paitent is wearing urinal cloths and in last 4 days and even though all the cloths are dump in a bag. Its when we we provide n number of clothes to the attendant the very next day. And at the time of discharge ur staff provide only the dirty cloths and the full bag of other belongings and clothes were given afterward when we ask them for the same. You people don't even allow the parents to have words or nor even have rights see whats going on with them. Even in the schools we have access to the cameras but nothing is here. We have two receipts of Covid test and both are positive first sample is collected on 8th and report generated on 9th and the second test was conducted on 11th at 12pm but according to you my brother was sleeping at that time because when we insist to meet him you told us and ask us to come in evening and report came at 2:30pm onion 11th and you were bluffing us that the test was conducted on 10th and the report were pending are you people making mokery out of it. If the second test happened yesterday than how come the timing and the dates were changed in the reports. And how come two covid test take 4 days time to provide report. And when you came to know that the paitent is covid positive on 9th than why don't you the 2nd recheck on 10 or on 9th again inspite of that u conduct several body tests which is not the priority. Its clearly showing that the centre is just cheating the paitent and earnings by any mean. And the foremost thing how can Dr. Namarata nor even meet the paitent and she is trying to take our session and make us understand that patient is in absolute care. And paitent is in better condition now. How could you charge daily fee of a doctor who don't even visit and meet the patient. And all these services and bills are without any GST or on actual bills. I will raise the issue further because according to us we got cheated by your so called Psycare Center. Thanks & Regards, Ashish Sirohi

They're prompt, considerate, and make sure of checking up regularly on both inpatients and outpatients. Both the staff and the on-board medical and psychological faculty is extremely considerate and humane, and they truly care for their patients. I cannot speak for those who have had a negative experience, but I can attest that as a patient, I'm extremely happy this is where I came for help.

Worst place I have found so far in the name of a hospital. Management there is focused more on making money. Rather than giving advice, they were more busy in manipulating to make my relative admitted to their hospital. One of the Doctors don't have enough etiquettes to deal with the patients. Doctors themselves smoke so much. How would they be able to bring change in life of a patient and treat them. I don't want to name that doctor. But when I went to consult him, entire room was stinking with cigarette smell. I never wanted to put anything negative about this shop(So called hospital). But I want to make people aware of the reality. Will never recommend this shop.

The worst reception staff ever seen my life. No sense of treating clients and handling concerns. Too lazy to work. I have an ongoing treatment from more than past two years now including 3 months of inpatient stay which is quite easy to explain the money flow. But I called the reception today to know doctor’s schedule and something similar happens to me quite often, I was placing an on call consultation and their mobile application don’t work well on android as well as IOS devices so wasn’t ablest to make payment over there. Then I called the reception again and Mr Amir received earlier the girl(don’t exactly know her name) received the call when iI called to know doctor’s schedule, so I had to explain the whole scenario to Amir and asked him to send me any upi id or numbers linked to paytm or anything to make the payment as the application is not working fine and then I waited for more than 30 mins as my appointment was already scheduled after that(30mins) but He never reverted back, then I called up again saying that my appointment is about to start and I have asked for any UPI id or something to make the payment but Mr Ishit took the call this time and I had to explain the whole story again and asked him to send anything to make the payment. Then I received a paytm link to make the payment but sadly Paytm’s servers were down so after trying from 2-3 cell phones I called them again and asked a different mode (barcode picture or any UPI Id) then I received a upi id and made the payment from Gpay which got pending and my appointment was already delayed for an hour or more. Then I called up again informing about the pending payment as might get transferred anytime soon and asked to atleast start my appointment as it was already delayed then he said u make the payment first which was 400rs for a quick consultation and then I requested as I’m an quite old patient there and they will be receiving the money anytime soon. So he agreed and said he’ll ask the doctor to call. Then I waited for 40 more minutes and didn’t receive any call and had to call back again. And this time the same girl answered who scheduled my appointment in the start, I asked her it’s already been 2 hours of wait and the whole story again and she responded the doctor have many clients and its a rush I’ll let her knw and she’ll call when she will be free. Doesn’t she gave me the available time slot for the appointment? And if the slot wasn’t available why was Me kept on wait? And if it was available then was it delayed then canceled and rescheduled for 400rs transaction which was under process and the screenshot was shared as well and from a patient/client/customer who is constantly visiting or attending from more than past 2-3 years. And some months back I made double payment too by mistake of 1500rs (3000rs total) which wasn’t refunded but adjusted in next session. Such a shame staff.!!

The doctors begin the treatment with a proper procedure described in the books. The concept is highly theoretical and scripted. The first consultation and I was suggested to undergo personality assessments. I told them I had been through the tests in 2016. They said that's too old and have no relevance now. I felt a kind of dissatisfaction. I feel that when we talk about psychiatry, it is important to take into consideration the entire history. Ms Namrata just overlooked something that was critically useful for the treatment.
