★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was going through depression and anxiety some times back and whenever I had consulted any doc they just added more medicine.
At psychwell the Doc is very friendly and a great listener. She didn't force me for medication but helped me change my prospective to deal with situation.
Though some of her suggestions took time to fall in my routine because it was like breaking some long term self beliefs, but working with optimism for betterment in health really helped me a lot.
