★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is well maintained and literally just opposite what i learnt from reviews. It is a small waiting room with a shop having snaks tea coffee etc. The owner of the shop is very helpful and all information regarding buses is readily available. Toilets are cleaner than airport toilets. Really amazed the way this place is kept.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good sitting facilities. Also the canteen is adequate. The restrooms are clean and neat. My only complaint is with the bus driver and conductor who demand money in the name of chai-paani from the passengers, although it is a free service. The authorities should take note of this matter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good facility created by Airport authorities for shifting passengers to T3 airport. Free shuttle operates between PTC and airport every 20 minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So PTC is the real deal for all the travellers heading to Gurgaon, take a free shuttle bus from T3 pillar number 11 to PTC frequency every 20 minutes and then from PTC take uber/ola to Gurgaon voila! 200+ rs saved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wasn't expecting such a neat and clean service! There's a canteen with sufficient varities for a breakfast at nominal rates and facility for sitting and to wait for upcoming buses. Reoccurance for buses is every 30 minutes. The toilets are clean and separate facility for specially abled people is also there along with wheelchair accessible entrance.
