Mr.kanu thakor (his from my village also i worked as design executive engg.)who one type of chaplus not qualified Genuine person.and also convention method manufacturing systems of works desi type staff.not recommended do job for freshers and innovative technical person. staff is very orthodox thinking not hve one engineer in production line. accept director of company he is as person nice and innovative.
