★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In the time of lockdown, for COVID test and certificate and blood test related problems pulse was the only solution. All of the staff behaved well and a special thanks to Sanchita for all the help and nice supportive behaviour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there for Covid test. The testing center has a small gate, 2 gates away from main center. The staffs are efficient. For traveling purpose testing you need to bring passport, the vaccination proof card for the dates, as they are needed to fill up the form.Also make sure to mention for international travel on top of the form. For domestic travel or testing for affected individuals, Adhar card is considered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anju Ahmed and her team were at its best to give the best possible service today. I had to take my brother who is suffering from downse syndrome for his blood test and after not giving blood for long hours the whole team waited patiently made him understand and had put in everything they could do. They even gave the results on the urgent basis by sending a pdf .I would like to thank all the staff from the receptionist to the person who helped in taking his blood. It was a great work of patience from your end to serve the patients in the best possible way.

Everyone is very trained and behave specially Bidisha Shehnaz this lady has got a very polite behavior and she is very well trained. It always feels like you are at home and not gone to any diagonistics centre for any medical check-up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Several times i have visted pulse Lansdowne everytime i had a very warm behavior from pulse employees. I think the grooming and the behavior of all the staffs are excellent. I would like to mention the stand out help i have received from madam Bidisha, when ever I had called in odd hours she had patiently answered all my quries. I hope this high standard will be maintained in this organization in days also.
