★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They never provide the genuine puma bill as it is not the brand authorised showroom. It is just a retail outlet selling puma products on profit basis. That’s why i have doubts on products authenticity as have purchased many but were very poor in quality. They don’t even provide the discounts and offers given by puma’s branded showrooms. The staff management towards customers is very poor as everytime they lied about the offers like in case of offer of sbi cash back offered by puma stores they said that your cashback will be added to your account after few days but has never been added as this offer was from puma branded showrooms not from any retail outlet selling puma products. I didn’t understand they should have told me truth instead of lying. Further on every purchase at puma we get points by which we can avail discounts but again as it is not the puma authoried store it doesn’t offer points on every purchase and again lied about this thing by saying puma doesn’t offer any such points system.
Most importantly they do not provide the genuine puma bills whenever i asked about bill they starts making excuses of system is not running because if they give us the bill we will come to know that it is not puma brand authorised showrrom which will result in authenticity issues regarding the products. And as earlier said products purchased from this showroom have very poor quality as compared to the products of puma from brand authorised showrrom.
Will not recommend to anyone. They are betraying us in the name of brand name puma.
