मेरा कीपैड का फोन जो बंद हो गया था 3 महीने पुराना मैंने इनकी सर्विस सेंटर पर दिया इन्होंने एक हफ्ते बाद यह बताया कि पानी गिरने की वजह से वह आउट ऑफ वारंटी है लेकिन मेरा फोन मेरे हाथ से गिरा था एक हफ्ते में मैंने तीन चक्कर काटे थे एक हफ्ते बाद उन्होंने यह बताया कि आपके फोन में पानी है और मैंने ही फोन करके पूछा था उन्होंने नहीं बताया इसलिए सर्विस के लिए -5
 Absolutely bad service
My keypad phone which had stopped was 3 months old, I gave it to their service center, after a week, they said that it is out of warranty due to water falling, but my phone was dropped from my hand. After a week, they told that there is water in your phone and I only called and asked that they did not tell, so -5 for service.
