★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had enrolled my kid for this day care for a few months. Parents are not allowed to visit but one day my wife made a surprise visit and found that the staff here has got my kid watching cartoon videos inorder to contain him. This is not what a parent expects from a day care. Secondly, It's been more than 5 months since I have withdrawn my kid out but they still haven't given me back my deposit money. Initially they said that as per policy we don't do NetBanking transfers and will be refunding through cheque. Then after a couple of months of me calling and literally begging for my own money they say that the cheque is ready and I can collect it..then comes corona and people have just vanished and are not answering calls and just replying via msgs saying that the approval for refund has gone to higher HQs( I wonder which cheque they had made ready for me back then).
