I have purchases the indo western party wear dress my 6 year old boy, date 7/6/17 amount Rs 1400/- & Saturday wear the dress for function after 2 hours the dress left hand slews threads removed & all dress design are damage.
i meet the Shop Owner & complaint & show the dress , he had no change & not response properly to me.
They told me boy are using roughly & russing wall ........etc .
i think he only get the money & do not provide adequate customer service & satisfaction.
After Sales service is not good

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a chance to shop for clothes in this place in Ravivar peth. I did the purchase and transfered the amount through Google pay. I received the payment reciept.
Now the the fun part starts..
This place have 3 owners and their 3.mobiles linked to google pay. The owner on cash counter doesn't get the message. So he asks second owner. He also didn't get message. Now we wait for third person for several minutes.. he didn't as well.
Now they demand for money in cash and once they receive the mony from upi they will pay me back then.
I refuse to pay in cash. And the owner gets furious ... Shouting out loud and making hand gestures..
After about 20-30 min drama finally all the owners receive the credit message.. and we get to leave the shop.. happily?
Terrible shopping experience..
If you plan to go there.. make your payment choices wisely..
