★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prompt delivery, but don't expect good. Following was my first delivery order. Capsicum and cabbage r nowhere from fresh.. cabbage is ripe and capsicum turning red. Okra was hard too. Although they want to be different from others, they don't seem to be.. my marwadi vendor used to give door to door delivery without such issues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff behaviour was pathetic. Very rude way of talking to customers. They charging premium but their response and treatment to customers are like roadside vendors. Made a big mistake....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pune Fresh , when wanted to attract customer's claimed to deliver even 1 lemon. No minimum order was the promise. Now that they have a customer base they deny deliveries and have the audacity to tell customers that we will only deliver if there is another order in the society
They also msg to obtain payment details from customers to confirm payments made. I have been a loyal customer and have always ordered from them because of quality but recently their customer service is detoriated and they treat customers like doing a favour.
Very very pathetic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's good and has good collection of veggies and fruits, including the exotic ones. Cost wise it's as per quality, so appreciate that.
The staff is very cooperative and we'll behaved. They do home delivery as well.
