looking to have groceries but for subji all its good. can improve upon time and customer care punctuality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don't deliver on time and you have to remind them every time. They do not even inform you that what time products will be delivered if it's delayed. Mango and Guava were very bad in quality and for refund also i had to chase them number of times. No refund yet for poor quality products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No one cares about your complaint practically if anything happens to your order. I faced the bungle by them. They deliver incomplete order. After complaining, they will promise for 50% off (Cash Return) as compensation while their delivery boy will collect more money from you instead. They will just promise seems they care about customer but they don't. This is the difference between professionals and new comers with no goal to achieve.
