★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the rubbish service I have ever experienced, staff was rude. They start filling seats two hours ago and without noticing the time ,if u ask them for refund they will abuse you , won't recommend anyone to travel in this . Thx

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful. Terrible service. The staff was extremely rude. They told me the bus will leave in 5 minutes but once I got the ticket, the driver said it'll take another hour. And it took more than an hour. The same happened to many people traveling along with me. Wouldn't give a refund either. Pathetic.
