★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Debit Card had beens blocked due to excessive trials of incorrect PIN. So I approached the bank officials to get my PIN reset.
Day 1: I was told that within 24 hours I can start using card.
Day 3: I used my card, and got the same error of exceeding maximum PIN entry
Day 3: I visit the bank, the lady tells me that the process of 24 hours wasn.t completed and within which you tried. Now the entire process has to be repeated. And also she says you will get a call from the bank after which you can try.
Day 7: I visit the ATM, attempt a transaction, get the same error of exceeding maximum PIN entry
Day 31: still the same error persists. (PS wasn't in the city else would have visited the officials)
