It was unfortunate that I was standing at the shop to buy stuff for my parents.
My father called the owner of shop for some stuff on his cell. The owner asked one of his helper to attend the call and said " see why this uncle is bothering".
Then, I immediately called my father to know why he was calling on his cell. He told me that i want to speak to owner so that he can give the product at a better price.
It is shocking that this is how the owner deals with old people who call on his cell to order product.
This is how customer service is provided by owners towards his/her customers.
I took the stuff that my father buys from his shop on regular basis and came back home and told my father about it.
Giving one star is only for the product where in this departmental store deserves no star at all.
"Paisa sar chad kay bol raha hai owner Kay".
Aisay kaisay koan diya hai".

Excellent quality products and home delivery service .
Also supports orders given on phone and home delivery which is especially great in current pandemic conditions.
We need to support and cherish neighbourhood stores like these and not go for MNC like amazons erc which kill local business and create monopolies.
Pandemic has taught us be vocal for local.
