★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Long ques, shortage of staff. Idiot people don't wanna stay in line and cause all mess. Strict supervision from superiors is required to keep in check that no one breaks a line or forms new one.
Out of 11 windows only 2 are operated. Slow pace by staff. Actions are needed by the responsible authorities.
