★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Initially on taking contract owner was polite and assure you to deal with all your issues but as and when you give deposit and work start he simply creates unexpected trouble by denying his own words of commitment. Every second day he came up with new idea and than he himself decided not to follow that and do work which save him money. Even though money were never been issue since beginning. 4-5days work stretch to 15 days. Lot of arguments exchanged and end with below par work. His own employees and subcontractors are unhappy with the way he do work. I would say ignore him or do clear everything on paper if you choose them to work. Coordinate more with subcontractors than him.
