★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very worst bank all over.they dont know how to talk with customer.bas yaha se waha bhagane ka kaam karte hai. very rude behaivour of the lady staff i dint asked her name.....but i would suggest to plz train the staff how to talk wid the customer.....very bad experience.

Good Customer care services and they are very quick and clear with whatever they says...no need to wait.....Since 7years I am using PMC bank account and very happy with services.... My question is that why they not mention their mail id on their web portal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have an account in p&m since 2003.but first time I ever had worst experience with the staff member.They aren't respond for more than half an hour,after an argument they are accepting my form . They told that they are so much busy in opening new account . I agree with that but wat about the existing account holder shall we close our account from PMC. Another issue is about my new debit card pin after I received new card still after two week kam not able to get the pin number,two times I personally met to pmc bank but still issue is not clear ,now they are saying that apply for the duplicate pin number.

Also suitable for Working Person as bank operates in multiple shifts.
But at present there are restrictions imposed by RBI & GOI, hope issues will be resolved soon.
