The company is manufacturing Valves, Cocks & Boiler Mountings in ferrous & non-ferrous metals with most advanced techniques & manufacturing facilities under the brand name “ELEMS” since the last 47 years. The ELEMS range of Industrial Valves, Boiler Mounting, Marine valves for WOG services are produced to meet the demanding needs & high specification requirements of the customers.
ELEMS growth is reflected by its modern manufacturing setup. Finest metal & material is used to manufacture valves. Project activity is handled by an in-house engineering department from casting to dispatch, where each valve has to pass from different quality checks. Works is equipped with CNC Machines, Shell Moulding Machines, Gang Drilling Machines & other latest testing facilities in chemical & physical testing laboratories.
Besides, company possess a series of modernized equipments, it also owns a group of highly qualified & experienced technicians as well as production troop. Products are manufactured as per company’s own standards, ISI specifications (ISI Marked) & IBR regulations (with IBR certification). A wide range of C.E Marked Valves are also available duly certified by TUV. Pressure testing (hydraulic, pneumatic, steam & oil) of each valve is carried out.
