★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service, the token vending machine is only for illusion, the person sitting at the counter keeps doing work of people known to him in between, I entered at 12:15 and left at 01:00 when their was JUST ONE person ahead of me for cash withdrawal.

Also, most of time their servers and machines are not working. These small reasons make us hate these government employees and their behaviour.
