★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff of this bank always busy in goesping ,taking lunch before time, bank open at 10 o'clock but staff work at 12o'clock,
So many problem you will face in this local bank
For withdraw money you have to visit more than 2 days..
And for transfer money you hve to wait for a week or it take month also..
I never saw a fellow staff in other bank..
Staff are very slow.. More than tortoise...
And if u asked or tell them to work then for a month your work will not be succesfull..
So guys.. Never visit this bank...
And i requesting ceo of bank..please look in this matter...its too bad...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Punjab National Bank situated in Ram chandrapur village of Muzaffarpur district (Bihar) is a rural branch of PNB. Main characteristics of this branch is as follows:
1. For last many years it was only Bank in the area but at present many bank branches has come up in nearby localities.
2. This branch has served local people as a monetary life line.
3. Due to more number of customers it remains a very busy bank throughout the day.
4. One ATM is located outside the Bank which has served people and also lessened the load of bank staff for withdrawal purpose.
5. One Vasudha centre is also located in the premises where one can get their different works done.
6. Photocopy facility is also available at Vasudha Centre.
7. This Bank branch is connected to main road via Ekamma chowk (approx 3-4 km)
8. One can drive a car to this place.
9. One can park vehicle in the premises, at own risk, which is free of cost .
Negative aspect:

1. No public transport available to reach this place. You must go by own arrangement.
2. Very busy and crowdy bank branch
3. Although almost staff is good in nature but you may face someone not cooperative.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was open in 1984-85.it is 35-36 year old PNB branch.Since then, it is working smoothly . The credit goes to bank authority as well as Land oweners.The all bank branches in near by area are looted by goons but it was not . Perhaps, the reason is, it is situated in village crowded by villager's home. It needs more facility.
