★ ★ ★ ★ ★ extremely un-helpful employees there . It's their very duty to "server" people . And they just don't do that . We have got a notion that private banks treat you better than the Govt ones . But PNB has changed or rather enlightened me that I always should and would go for SBI . They do not even have courtesy for senior citizens at all . They just don't entertain any queries even as basic as an IFSC code . Horrible . Wish and hope this bank dissolves soon . Already they are fraud accused and I see no sign of them improving services to do anything about it .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bank is specialised in laziness. Staff keep talking about the work but never does anything. There is no queue or token system. I went there for 2 days to update Adhaar card for my mother who is 65 yo. Jumped from counter to counter. Even after 2 days, they were unable to update it. Manager knows the situation but is not willing to help. I am closing my account from the place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Earlier the bank used to be better and employees were very good. But my recent experience with new employees is worst than ever. No bank says "do whatever you can we don't care" to their customers. My account is very old in the bank (around 10 years) and due to the bad behavior from the bank, I am planning to shift to another bank. The one star is for old employees new employees do deserve a positive star they deserve negative.
